1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jit wine platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to jit wine's website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between jit wine and the member. By accessing the platform or creating an account, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

jit wine reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified through their registered contact method or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

If any part of these Terms becomes inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect and the invalidated part will be replaced by an equivalent valid provision.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on jit wine, the registration process must be completed. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure, and the balance of that account may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name is prohibited.
• The account is for personal use only and may not be operated on behalf of a third party.
• The mobile number and email address used for registration must be the member's own and active.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the platform immediately.

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

To register on jit wine and use its services, a member must be legally capable and above the specified age limit. Users from regions where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law or regulation are not eligible to use this platform.

3 Age Limit and Identity Verification

To participate in any casino or betting activity on jit wine, a member must be at least 21 years of age. This age limit is strictly enforced.

As part of account verification, jit wine may request a member's identity document, proof of age, and payment method verification at any time. The member is required to provide this information promptly. Failure or delay in providing the information may result in the account being temporarily restricted or suspended.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

The member must keep their account username and password completely confidential and must not share them with anyone. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the jit wine support team immediately.

The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account. jit wine will not be held liable for any loss or unauthorised transactions resulting from the member sharing their account credentials with a third party.

4.1 Password Security

• Keep your password strong — use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Do not provide your login details in response to any phishing or fraudulent messages.

jit wine will never ask for a member's password or OTP via email, SMS, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh are supported for transactions on jit wine. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name will not be accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• After a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account quickly, though occasional short delays may occur due to technical reasons.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jit wine offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus and any winnings earned from it being cancelled.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

jit wine offers new members a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per member, household, address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without wagering.
• Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• jit wine reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to earn a bonus by violating the offer's terms may result in account closure.

6.3 Other Promotional Offers

In addition to the welcome bonus, jit wine runs various offers from time to time, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral bonuses. The terms of each offer are announced separately and apply in addition to the general bonus terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

jit wine offers both casino games and sports betting. Each service has its own specific rules, which may vary by game or event category.

7.1 Sports Betting

• The final decision on accepting and settling bets rests solely with jit wine.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of the related bet will follow jit wine's specific policy.
• jit wine reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• In the case of a multi-bet, if any single selection loses, the entire bet is considered lost.

7.2 Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the data saved in the system.
• The maximum and minimum bet limits for each game are clearly shown in the game interface.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the jit wine platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Operating multiple accounts or running an account on behalf of someone else.
• Deliberately creating betting patterns to exploit bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technical method to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent behaviour or intimidation towards platform staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jit wine may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 36 months).
• At the member's own request.

9.1 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily or the account is closed due to inactivity, the available valid balance will be made available for withdrawal.

If a member has any objection to the closure of their account, they may raise it within 30 days. The appeal will be reviewed by the support team.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

jit wine takes the utmost care in collecting, storing, and using members' personal information. SSL encryption and other technical measures are used to protect data.
